Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Officer to drive the promotion and growth of our banking products and services. You will plan, execute, and monitor both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, collaborate with branch teams, create marketing materials, and analyze campaign performance to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans and campaigns (deposits, loans, digital banking, etc.)
  • Support branch-level execution of promotional events and activations
  • Produce creative collateral (print, digital) and coordinate with vendors/agencies
  • Manage social media, email campaigns, website content, and digital ads
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and banking regulations
  • Assist in lead generation, cross‑selling, and coordinating with sales / operations teams
  • Monitor and manage marketing budget

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
