Build and maintain workflow of individual users and teams in the NetSuite CRM database. Leads the System Entry of marketing programs in NetSuite to track the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. MARKETING ADMIN Manage and control the inventory and releasing of marketing samples and novelty items. Ensure that sales and marketing sample expenses are aligned with budget allocation. Process the marketing samples creation, reorder, and transfer order to other Regional Offices. Ensure that all marketing samples are presentable and properly labeled. Setting of budgets for all marketing collaterals Perform all other duties assigned by the immediate superior. Qualifications Bs Information Technology, bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce and other related fields. Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Efficient in database gathering. Detail-oriented and organized.
