The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the Creative/Marketing Lead in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Casa Empanaderya's brand presence both online and on the ground. The Marketing Officer will take part in developing content plans informed by the latest trends, aesthetically pleasing design principles, and storytelling that resonates with Casa Empanaderya's target market.

The Marketing Officer will also be tasked with writing engaging captions that reflect the voice and personality of the brand, ensuring that all published materials remain consistent with Casa Empanaderya's identity. In addition, the Marketing Officer will manage and maintain the brand's social media platforms—scheduling and posting content, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance analytics to inform future strategies.

The Marketing Officer is also expected to be present at Casa Empanaderya events, assisting in on-site brand representation and documentation, as well as building rapport with guests and potential collaborators. Working closely with the Creative/Marketing Lead, the Marketing Officer will play a key role in ensuring that every campaign and post embodies the principles that define Casa Empanaderya.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing monthly content plans that encourage the growth of the brand's following through the use of engaging, relevant, and aesthetically-pleasing materials.
  • Responsible for representing Immuni at events
  • Ensure consistency of Casa Empanaderya's branding across all digital and print content.
  • Responsible for supporting the Creatives and Collaborations Lead in the execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Take part in feedback sessions and incorporate revisions to meet project goals.
  • Stay updated on design and social trends that can establish brand relevance.
  • Scheduling social media/e-commerce platform posts and/or updates supplied by the Creatives team as directed by the Marketing Lead.

Qualifications:

  • A good understanding of project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent conversational skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Trend and design-savviness.
  • Proficiency with the gathering and analysis of data.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of the Meta Business Suite and TikTok
  • Interest in photography and/or vlogging.
  • Background/experience in events organization.
  • A network of contacts in the content creation industry.
