Job Summary:

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing HiEssence's affiliate marketing and partnership programs. This role focuses on affiliate tapping, public relations (PR), and community building to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and boost sales performance through strategic collaborations and authentic brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, tap, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and brand partners aligned with HiEssence's goals.
  • Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships to maximize conversions, visibility, and ROI.
  • Lead PR initiatives, including press releases, media partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand reputation.
  • Build and nurture brand communities through events, online groups, and social engagement to increase customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaign materials, storytelling content, and promotional assets for affiliates and partners.
  • Track and analyze affiliate and PR campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor market and industry trends, including competitor activities and emerging affiliate opportunities.
  • Ensure all communication and partnership activities are consistent with HiEssence's brand tone and compliance standards.
  • Prepare regular performance and progress reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, PR, influencer relations, or community management.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking systems, digital marketing platforms, and social media tools.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
