We partner with U.S.-based brands and agencies to provide trained offshore marketing support—combining the best of global talent and AI-powered workflows. Our Crew assistants assist with operations/project management, content, social media, and research so clients stay focused on high-level strategy and growth.

We're hiring multiple Crew Assistants to support clients in e‑commerce, tech, lifestyle, B2B and more. This is a great opportunity to gain marketing exposure, grow your skills, and make a meaningful impact on client results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and repurpose marketing content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva)
  • Conduct competitor research and content audits
  • Schedule and manage social media posts
  • Maintain task trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation
  • QA email, social, or client deliverables and flag inconsistencies
  • Support ad‑hoc marketing or operational tasks
  • Communicate proactively with both clients and our internal team

You'll Be a Good Fit If You

  • Are organized, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Write strong, simple English confidently
  • Are comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Enjoy working independently and learning fast
  • Want hands-on marketing experience without full agency or corporate hours

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

  • Experience supporting marketing or content workflows
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools or basic email platforms
  • Background working with U.S. clients or remote teams
