Property Management Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Assistant to support daily property operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating maintenance and repairs, processing payments and invoices, and handling tenant communications. You'll also assist with lease administration, financial tracking, and marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry related to maintaining accurate records of all property-related transactions, including rent payments and maintenance requests.
- Scheduling and coordinating all maintenance and repairs.
- Entering all bills for payment, including bills for maintenance, repairs, and other expenses, into the property management system.
- Communicating with tenants via email, including answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information about the property and its amenities.
- Collection inquiries related to rent from tenants and following up on invoices. This would include drafting and reviewing lease agreements, and ensuring that all tenants are in compliance with their lease terms.
- Would be responsible for tracking expenses and income, preparing financial reports, and managing the property's budget.
- Market and advertising: This would involve creating and placing ads to attract new tenants, and promoting the property's amenities and features.
