Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the entire sales operations of the company, including supervising Sales Supervisors and field personnel. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring area performance, addressing underperforming markets, and implementing effective strategies to boost sales growth. The Sales Manager will also ensure proper monitoring of collections and client payments to maintain healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the overall sales operations across assigned regions.
  • Supervise, guide, and support Sales Supervisors in meeting their individual and area targets.
  • Monitor sales performance per area, analyze sales trends, and identify reasons for low sales.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance in underperforming areas.
  • Create strategies to expand market presence and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monitoring of collections, client accounts, and payments.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to support sales operations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company objectives.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the paint, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Willing to travel and conduct field visits.
  • Can speak mandarin/fluent in mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
