The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising all on-site engineering activities to ensure that the project is executed according to plans, specifications, safety standards, and within the agreed schedule. This role requires hands-on supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and attention to detail in construction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure that milestones are achieved on time.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Perform site measurements, prepare reports, and submit updates to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Inspect materials delivered on-site to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in resolving site-related issues and technical concerns.
  • Ensure strict implementation of safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred but not required.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in construction site supervision or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic AutoCAD; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite.
  • Can commit to a full-time, 6-month project-based engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
