About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.' in our Pasay City Metro Manila office. As a full-time Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming communications, and supporting the smooth running of our busy medical reception.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls with excellent communication skills
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Maintaining the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation
  • Providing administrative support to the wider medical team as required
  • Handling cash and card payments for consultations and treatments
  • Ensuring compliance with medical reception protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Competent in using standard office software and digital communication tools
  • A keen interest in the medical/healthcare industry and a desire to provide high-quality patient care
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including some evenings and weekends
