What is your mission?We are looking for a detail-driven Hotel Revenue Manager to maximize hotel performance through strategic pricing, forecasting, and channel optimization. In this role, you will analyze market trends, manage distribution channels, create rate strategies, lead revenue meetings, and support properties in driving occupancy and ADR. If you love data, strategy, and impacting top-line results, this role is perfect for you.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Maximize property revenue through hands-on revenue management and strategic recommendations.
- Manage revenue for new and transitioning properties to ensure stable and improved performance.
- Review reports, forecasts, pace, pickup, and channel data to recommend rates, packages, and promotions.
- Coordinate revenue systems (SynXis, STR, OTA Insight, PMS/CRS) and ensure data accuracy across all channels.
- Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and market events to adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead short- and long-term forecasting; advise on inventory and pricing decisions.
- Review STR and competitive reports to benchmark market share and performance.
- Manage rate plans, special offers, and promotions across all distribution platforms.
- Conduct audits of PMS, CRS, and online listings to ensure rate parity and accurate content.
- Lead property revenue meetings and communicate strategies to Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
- Coordinate group pick-up, cut-offs, and revenue strategies with Sales.
- Manage flash sales, rate loading, channel promotions, and wholesale production reporting.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and need periods.
- Provide day-to-day revenue management support to properties when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel Revenue Management or Revenue Analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of PMS, CRS, POS, channel managers, and hotel front office/housekeeping operations.
- Ability to analyze forecasting reports, STR data, comp-set performance, market trends, and budgeting requirements.
- Experience managing rate plans, OTA platforms, promotions, and distribution strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing coordination (packages, promotions, campaigns).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, manage priorities, and work under tight timelines.
- People management skills (coaching, coordination, relationship-building) is an advantage.
