Position Title: Materials Management (MM) Specialist

Location of Work:

  • Novaliches: No. 57 Gen. Luis St., Brgy. Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, Quezon City
  • Ortigas: 36/F Joy Nostalg Center, 17 ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

    Engagement Duration: 6 months

    Start Date: November 3, 2025

    End Date: May 3, 2026

Role Overview

The Materials Management (MM) Specialist will support and optimize end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and vendor management processes within the ERP (SAP or Odoo) environment. The role ensures accurate data alignment, process efficiency, and seamless integration across business functions such as Finance (FI), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management processes.
  • Optimize purchasing workflows (PR, PO, GR/IR, Invoice Verification).
  • Validate material master data for compliance with business and governance standards.
  • Ensure effective integration with Finance (FI), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve MM-related incidents.
  • Assist in rollout of new plants, storage locations, and company codes.
  • Support enhancements for direct and indirect procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Expected Deliverables

  • Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for enhancements and configurations.
  • Updated process flow diagrams and business requirement traceability matrix.
  • Test scripts, execution reports, and sign-off documentation.
  • Knowledge transfer sessions and user support guides.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP MM or similar ERP modules (e.g., Odoo Procurement/Inventory).
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and material management processes.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of integration points with FI, QM, and WM modules.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP MM or equivalent ERP functional certification.
  • Experience in data migration, governance, or ERP rollout projects.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
