Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled LLM Prompt Engineer to design multi-message prompt systems that generate compelling hooks, ad copy, calls-to-action, and visual concepts. You will work at the intersection of AI, marketing, and compliance, ensuring outputs are both high-converting and aligned with brand and platform rules.

This role requires a rare mix of creative copywriting ability and technical prompt engineering skill — plus an understanding of ad policy compliance and structured data output for downstream automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Design – Create multi-message prompt sequences to generate marketing hooks, persuasive ad copy, CTAs, and visual motif descriptions.
• Structured Output Formatting – Structure LLM outputs in JSON for seamless integration into automation pipelines and creative workflows.
• Creative Performance – Apply persuasive copywriting principles to maximize conversions and engagement.
• Compliance & Originality Guardrails – Build in constraints to ensure outputs meet originality, brand voice, and ad platform compliance standards (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Prompt Chaining – Design workflows where multiple prompts work together to refine, adapt, and validate outputs.
• Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, creative, and automation teams to ensure generated content is effective and on-brand.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Strong experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, and/or Google Gemini APIs.
• Expertise in prompt chaining and multi-step AI workflows.
• Proven creative copywriting skills for marketing, ads, or social media.
• Knowledge of ad platform policies (Meta, TikTok, Google) and compliance constraints.
• Experience formatting AI outputs in JSON for integration into tools like or internal systems.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with image generation prompts for Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar tools.
• Background in e-commerce or performance marketing.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI-assisted research methods.
