We're Hiring: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – AI Technologies | Remote

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in AI Technologies to provide technical leadership and strategic guidance as we design, deploy, and optimize cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in AI/ML and a passion for shaping impactful innovation.

The Role – Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and guide teams on AI/ML model development, deployment, and integration.
  • Provide architectural insight, performance optimization, and best practice recommendations.
  • Consult on the use of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align AI initiatives with business strategy.
  • Act as a technical advisor and trainer when needed.

Ideal Profile – Key Requirements

  • Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies (model development, deployment, integration).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Strong knowledge of generative AI and LLMs, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to consult on architecture, scalability, and optimization.
  • Experience advising or collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI strategy and execution.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to MLOps practices (model monitoring, retraining pipelines).
  • Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Strong communication skills for technical advisory and training.
