Position: Service Delivery Specialist (IT Infrastructure & Security)

Location: Muntinlupa (3 days on site, 2 days WFH)

Employment Type: Fulltime


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Delivery Specialist to support and enhance our global IT Infrastructure and Security services under a shared services model. This role will help drive standardization, define SLAs, implement KPIs, and scale operational efficiency across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage global 24x7 IT Infrastructure & Security services across 600+ locations
  • Lead service delivery frameworks including SLA definition, KPI tracking, and service catalog implementation
  • Manage incident, request, and problem management in line with ITIL standards
  • Ensure operational governance, SLA compliance, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, SOP documentation, and daily service reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build consistency and efficiency in delivery
  • Report directly to the Infrastructure Head with escalation and performance updates

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years in IT Infrastructure or Service Delivery
  • 5+ years in a Service Delivery Manager or Lead role
  • Strong background in datacenter, cloud, network, or security domains
  • Proven experience in service management frameworks and ticketing systems
  • Effective leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Willingness to travel and work across different time zones

Preferred Certifications:
  • ITIL Certified (Minimum Requirement)
  • Additional certifications in project management or process improvement are a plus

Technical Environment:
  • Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP, Private & Hybrid
  • Systems: OS & platform monitoring, maintenance, and capacity
  • Network: Switches, Firewalls, VoIP
  • Storage/Backup: Veeam, Commvault, DR monitoring
  • Tools: Service Desk platforms, critical incident management systems

Soft Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Experience in multi-region collaboration and enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or CMMI models
  • Mentorship and skill development focus for team growth
