Key Responsibilities


• Brand Health Monitoring

  1. Design, execute, and analyze surveys to measure brand awareness, perception, favorability, and overall health.
  2. Track shifts in consumer sentiment and brand positioning over time.


• Campaign Effectiveness Research

  1. Assess the performance of short-term and long-term branding campaigns.
  2. Develop and maintain campaign scorecards with clear KPIs.


• Media & Data Collation

  1. Collect, organize, and interpret data from various media channels (digital, social, OOH, TV, radio, print, etc.).
  2. Consolidate cross-platform data into comprehensive reports and dashboards.


• Insight & Strategy Development

  1. Translate research findings into actionable insights.
  2. Provide strategic recommendations for campaign optimization, creative improvements, and brand growth opportunities.
  3. Support branding team in decision-making with data-backed perspectives.


• Collaboration

  1. Able to effectively communicate and align with management's direction, and draft well-structured survey proposals.
  2. Work closely with branding, marketing, and communications teams to align research with brand goals.
  3. Partner with external research agencies (if applicable) to validate methodologies and insights.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Statistics, or related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in brand research, consumer insights, or marketing analytics.


• Strong skills in survey design, data analysis, and reporting.


• Familiarity with tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Google Analytics, or equivalent research

platforms.


• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and research/data analytics tools.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights clearly to

stakeholders.


• Critical thinker with the ability to connect data to actionable brand strategies.
