The Opportunity:

A Senior Manager in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) oversees the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous improvement of outsourced recruitment services for clients. This role combines leadership, client management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure the delivery of high-quality talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for RPO programs, aligning recruitment strategies with client business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients and facilities, understanding their talent acquisition needs and ensuring satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor recruitment teams, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and professional growth.
  • Process Optimization: Design, develop, and implement program management tools and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Oversee the continuous improvement of recruitment processes through regular feedback and evaluation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in an RPO start-up environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
