We are seeking a Bilingual Agile Project Manager (English–Spanish) to join our growing Operations team supporting a leading U.S.-based furniture client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, design operations, and Agile leadership.

As the Agile Project Manager, you will coordinate UX/UI design initiatives and act as the central link between design, product, and engineering teams. You'll ensure every sprint runs smoothly, every deliverable meets high standards, and every stakeholder stays aligned — all while keeping user experience and business goals in perfect balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Develop and maintain sprint calendars, delivery timelines, and team milestones.
  • Collaborate with UX, UI, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and timely execution.
  • Manage workload, capacity, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Track KPIs such as sprint velocity, design throughput, and team performance metrics.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and roadmaps are accurate and transparent.
  • Translate complex business goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and adherence to design system standards.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through process optimization and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal); previous experience working with U.S. clients required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Coordinator roles within a technology or product environment.
  • Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with UX/UI or product design teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or
  • Familiarity with design tools (especially Figma) and basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, responsive design).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented with proven ability to lead through influence.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php100, Php110,000.00 per month
