We are looking for an experienced Scrum Project Manager to join our growing team supporting a US-based client in the furniture retail industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and has a deep appreciation for the design process.

As a Scrum Project Manager, you'll lead delivery efforts across UX, UI, Product, and Engineering teams—ensuring projects are executed on time, aligned with business objectives, and delivered to the highest design and usability standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Process Leadership

  • Plan and manage sprint schedules, delivery timelines, and project milestones
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Monitor team capacity, mitigate risks, and proactively address blockers
  • Continuously improve team workflow and Agile processes
  • Maintain project documentation, deliverables tracker, and reporting dashboards

Stakeholder & Team Alignment

  • Serve as the key liaison between UX/UI, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Translate business goals into actionable tasks and priorities for the design team
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across functions
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Design-Focused Execution

  • Write design-oriented user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
  • Ensure adherence to accessibility and usability standards
  • Incorporate UX research insights into design sprints and iterations
  • Align deliverables with established Design Systems and UI component libraries

Performance & Metrics

  • Track sprint velocity, team throughput, and design KPIs
  • Prioritize high-impact enhancements and design optimizations
  • Turn complex, ambiguous requirements into structured tasks and roadmaps

What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role
  • Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with experience supporting US-based clients
  • Experience working with UX/UI or product design teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Background in UX research or usability testing
  • Exposure to Design Systems or atomic design frameworks
  • Experience measuring and reporting on design performance metrics
