We're looking for smart, detail-oriented go-getters to join our Shipping & Logistics Team as Non-Voice Associates. If you're a recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing, and you're eager to kick off your career in a dynamic, fast-moving industry—this one's for you

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't your average desk job. As a Non-Voice Associate, you'll be working behind the scenes to make sure shipments move smoothly around the world. You'll communicate via email and internal tools—no calls involved

You'll:

  • Monitor and update shipping and logistics data
  • Support documentation, billing, and tracking requests
  • Work with global teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Solve issues and prevent delays—before they happen

What You Need to Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong written communication
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule (including nights and weekends)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international setting
