Job Qualifications:

  • BS Business Management / Information Technology
  • At least 1 to 2 years hands-on data analysis
  • SAP /ERP system
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Power BI knowledge
  • With experience communicating in Japan based team
  • English proficient

Job Responsibilities:

The main purpose of the role is to determine and track overall Freight Cost for Japan.

Freight Analysis:

  • Determine number of containers per type per lane based on S&OP Forecast.
  • Compute for the Freight cost based on RFP official quotation from Forwarders.
  • Track the monthly Freight Spends vs Budget.
  • ·Liase with Japan & HK Finance Team on Freight Accruals & Analysis.

EFE SC Dashboards:

  • Supports SC Director in creating & uploading the KPI overall Dashboard for EFE per Market.

EFE Master Data:

  • Review completeness of Master Data for upload from EFE & Japan Team.
  • Ad hoc Supports:
  • Supports CRM & Master Data concerns of Japan & EFE team.
  • Manage samples requests from the market.

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
