Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across air, sea, and cross-border freight services.
This role requires hands-on engagement with clients, active pipeline management, and the implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets. If you're a motivated logistics professional with a strong sales acumen, this is your opportunity to lead growth in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand business with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities across air, sea, and land freight, including customs clearance and warehousing solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, importers/exporters, and industry stakeholders.
- Act as a senior escalation point to resolve client issues in collaboration with operations and customer service teams.
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and sales pipeline updates.
- Track and analyze sales team performance using CRM tools and deliver business review presentations internally and externally.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in freight forwarding sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of international logistics, INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and trade regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A well-established network of logistics clients (importers/exporters) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
