Job Description:
The Admin Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The role handles document management, scheduling, office supplies, communication, and coordination with internal departments. The Admin Assistant also assists in preparing reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize documents, files, and records
- Handle emails, calls, and internal communication
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and basic spreadsheets
- Support various departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or any business-related course
- With experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
