Will be responsible for conducting financial analysis of expansion projects, ensuring compliance with loan covenants, managing the informational needs of lenders, shareholders, regulators, and other investors, and facilitating the corporate planning process within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, maintain, and update the company's financial model to conduct a reasonable forecast of its financial health, cashflows, and profitability, and determine its ability to meet its financial obligations to the lenders and shareholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis of expansion and other projects to be pursued by the company.
  • Manage the submission of the investment recovery proposals for the company's expansion projects
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating various contracts related to project expansion, acquisitions, or financing.
  • Negotiate commercial terms on investment recovery proposals with
  • Participate in the toll rate setting/calculation process, in coordination with the regulatory body.
  • Assist in corporate planning, fundraising, and loan documentation activities.
  • Perform various financial analyses, as needed.
  • Manage compliance with the company's reportorial requirements including, but not limited to the company's annual report, SEC quarterly reports, current reports, and revenue reports to various private and/government agencies such as SEC, PDEX and BCDA
  • Manage compliance with various reportorial requirements of the lenders, shareholders, regulators, and BCDA.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior or the CFO

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned at Balintawak, Caloocan
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Holder of CPA license
  • Has experience in financial modelling
  • Has experience in loan compliance
