  • Assists Branch Head in planning, conducting studies and implementing projects and objectives for assigned store and ensures Implementations of company's mission statement and values, standard operating procedures, goals and objectives.
  • Works under the overall supervision of the Branch Head with the purpose of ensuring growth and profitability by controlling costs and building sales volume.
  • Ensures attainment of sales targets and goals through proper restaurant systems management.
  • Recommends and develops procedures or measures for store performance improvement. Aim: Total customer delight, sales, profitability, controls and people development.
  • Assists the Branch Head for the equipment, utilities, building and store facilities and fixtures, and maintenance programs to ensure compliance of all sanitation, safety, and security procedures.
  • Verifies all payroll-related entries and monitors daily labor hours to ensure smooth flow of operations.
  • Attends to customers' requests, inquiries or complaints.
  • Reports to Branch Head all policy violations committed by hourly / daily / monthly and assistant management employees and delivers notice of disciplinary action to them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
