Location: Alabang

Start Date: September 29, 2025

We are looking for:

  • Must have 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing
  • Preferably with bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred). Or 2nd year college undergraduate with NO BACK SUBJECT/S
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction and documentation
  • Experience with mortgage processing systems such as Encompass, Calyx Point, or BytePro, and knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines is a plus
  • Comfortable working with US clients and time zones
