DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize, reproduce, and distribute training manuals, handouts, and related records prior to training sessions;
  • Facilitate orientation activities, explain training requirements, and provide guidance in response to learner concerns or questions;
  • Assist with registration, attendance monitoring, and related arrangements to ensure smooth training flow;
  • Support trainers and staff by managing schedule, communicating updates, and ensuring proper alignment of training activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year work experience in a maritime setup
  • Knowledge in basic functioning of a corporate office
  • Computer literate with strong familiarity in MS office tools and Internet
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to customers addressing concerns and feedback in a customer-centric manner
  • Ability to establish effective coordination with professionals, colleagues and external partners
  • Ability to understand and conclude work tasks on time and within scope
  • Independent, self-motivated and well organized with an analytical mind
  • Strong sense of duty and initiative
  • Fresh graduates are open to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
