Practicum Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

• The Practicum Assistant – Offshore provides practical and training delivery support to the Offshore Department. Primary responsibility is to provide assistance to the faculty and trainees before, during and after the conduct of all COMPASS' course and assessment programs ensuring all of the Offshore Department's procedures are implemented in a timely and safe manner and is adherent to existing and applicable compliance standards and customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarization in maintenance and upkeep of various training equipment
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment
• Able to read and comprehend written and spoken English.
• Must be fully trustworthy, industrious, reliable, and can multi-task.
• Good in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work area
• Basic knowledge on safety of training delivery and people
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team
• May be required to work outside of normal work hours
• Willing to be assigned in Silang, Cavite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,300.00 per month
