HR/Admin Assistant

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or a similar position, with expertise in HR functions such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Labor & Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with department heads and employees at all levels.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Can start as soon as possible
- With complete requirements
- Willing to be assigned in Tacloban City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
