HR Accounting Specialist

The HR Accounting Specialist provides administrative and accounting support across Human Resources and Accounts Payable functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, timely invoice management, and well-organized employee records while supporting both PH and US operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payable tasks, including sending invoices, tracking payments, and managing vendor records
  • Use QuickBooks for payable processing, expense tracking, and basic financial management
  • Manage company credit card transactions, reconciliations, and expense documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Support HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with benefits administration (health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans) and related compliance requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR and payroll-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners for HR and accounting-related concerns
  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation across HR and finance systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience or familiarity with QuickBooks is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable, payroll, and HR processes
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Willing to support both Philippine and US operations
