About the role

As a Sales Representative at AQUAMAX FOODS INC., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This full-time position is based in Quezon City Metro Manila and will involve engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our high-quality seafood products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Generate new sales lead by proactively contacting and visiting potential clients
  2. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  3. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of company products to customers
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any queries or concerns
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. At least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Food Tech, or equivalent
  2. With at least 2-3 years sales experience in selling seafood or other food products to restaurants and hotels is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  4. Must be computer literate and proficient in oral and written communication
  5. Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to succeed
  6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  7. Must be honest, trustworthy, and diligent
