About the Role

You will join Delaware's finance transformation practice and take ownership of SAP FI-CO engagements, from business-analysis and blueprinting to configuration, testing, go-live and post-go-live support. As a Senior Consultant, you'll work across large clients, manage key stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business and application requirements gathering, perform fit/gap workshops, and define solution scope for SAP FI-CO in S/4HANA.
  • Configure SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (Cost Centres, Profit Centres, Internal Orders, WBS).
  • Ensure seamless integration between FI-CO and other modules (MM, SD, PP, PS).
  • Develop test plans, execute unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing; manage cut-over activities and go-live readiness.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to clients and internal team members; act as go-to subject-matter-expert for FI-CO processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as solution design, estimations, and client presentations.
  • Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices in finance process automation.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 5 full-lifecycle SAP FI-CO implementations (S/4HANA strongly preferred) in a consulting or large-enterprise environment.
  • Deep hands-on configuration experience: FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre, Internal Orders).
  • Strong integration knowledge of SAP modules—ability to liaise with MM, SD, PP, PS leads.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present to senior client executives.
  • Analytical mindset, structured approach, comfortable in agile and waterfall project methodologies.
  • SAP FI-CO certification is preferred; experience with SAP Analytics / Central Finance is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally (APAC) when required.
