Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of BMS solutions, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct detailed system programming and integration of BMS components.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS equipment and systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to BMS Engineer I and other team members.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct system testing, verification, and performance optimization.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in BMS engineering.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes, standards, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in BMS engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in BMS, such as BACnet or Modbus.
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to BMS engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading BMS projects from design to implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
