  • Job Summary:
  • The BMS Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the building's automation systems, ensuring all components are functioning efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the mechanical, electrical, and safety systems of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and Operation:
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure HVAC, lighting, and other systems are operating optimally.
  • Control building temperature, humidity, and airflow through the BMS software.
  • Adjust system settings as necessary to meet operational or energy efficiency goals.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of BMS equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system alarms and malfunctions.
  • Coordinate repairs and upgrades with the maintenance team or external contractors.

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Experience working with BMS or HVAC systems (typically 2-5 years of experience preferred).
