Job Description:

Social Media Management & Execution (50%)

  • Multi-Platform Strategy:
  • Develop and execute daily content strategies across key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to engage franchise owners and marketers.
  • Content Creation:
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content—primarily short video clips, platform-specific posts, and compelling ad copy.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the target audience to build and strengthen the brand community.

Content Marketing & Campaign Strategy (50%)

  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving direct sign-ups for the product.
  • Client Retention:
  • Create content that focuses on client education and retention, ensuring existing customers get maximum value from their subscription.
  • Ad Copywriting:
  • Write clear and persuasive ad copy for paid social and digital channels, with strong calls-to-action.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all social media and content campaigns (reach, engagement, sign-ups) using Google Analytics and HubSpot.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

● Design Skills (Critical Initial Requirement): Proven ability and willingness to handle initial graphic design and video editing tasks using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar, before a dedicated designer is onboarded.

● Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing and posting content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

● Tools:

○ Required proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, automation, landing pages)

○ Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)

● Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, suitable for a professional US/Canadian audience.

● Age Requirement: 21 and above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php34, Php35,000.00 per month
