• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Accountant to join our Accounting team. This role is critical in managing Netskope's international general ledger activities and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in general accounting, audit, and financial analysis, with a proactive approach to process improvement and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for bank transactions, payroll, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets,
  intercompany, amortization and other general ledger transactions.
• Responsible for the overall general ledger financials for Netskope's international entities such as
  Account Reconciliation, Flux Analyses and financial statements review for timely, accurate, and
  insightful reporting
• Assist with FS preparation, annual audits and statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting principles or other applicable accounting standards.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is an advantage.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, at least 3 years in General Accounting
• Experience in a big four auditing firm is highly preferable and advantageous.
• Experience working in a shared service environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Netsuite Software, Floqast/Blackline and advanced level in MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge with GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and SOX Compliance.
• Knowledgeable of International Statutory audit and regulations is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex
  accounting issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective
  working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Amenable on a hybrid set up and early morning shift.
