About The RoleAs a CBRE Finance Sr. Manager, you will be a strategic and hands-on financial leader responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the organization.

You will oversee financial operations, provide financial guidance, and drive business growth through data-driven decision making. This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You'll DoFinancial Reporting and Compliance: File and remit taxes; Prepare SOA and OR, check deposits; Post accounting entries; Prepare PR/PO; Maintain books of accounts; File financial statements with regulatory bodies Administrative Tasks: Update bank signatories and other banking information; Upload bank statements; Prepare renewal lease contracts; Process invoices; Review rental payments Audit and Compliance: Support external audits; Prepare reports for LERT/Legal Entity Management Committee; Prepare documents for board meetings Record-Keeping: Maintain files and inventories; Back up asset reviews and monthly financial analysis Miscellaneous: Prepare and submit various reports to regulatory bodies; Coordinate with departments; Prepare supports for proofing About YouBachelor's Degree of any related field with 12 years finance management experience Facilities Management Background required Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
