Sales Admin Assistant

- Prepare and maintain sales documents such as quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales team activities
- Maintain and update customer databases, and sales files
- Assist with preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and sales materials
2. Sales Coordination
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and inventory teams for order fulfillment
- Monitor stock levels and inform the sales team of product availability
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers
3. Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints professionally
- Provide basic product or service information to customers
- Forward complex issues to the appropriate sales representative or department
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
- Analyze sales data for trends, discrepancies, or follow-up needs
- Maintain proper document control and ensure compliance with company procedures
5. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise between the sales team and internal departments
- Coordinate marketing materials distribution activities
- Support sales events, meetings, and training sessions
6. Additional Tasks
- Perform general clerical duties (filing, scanning, email correspondence)
- Assist with developing standard operating procedures for sales processes
- Support the sales manager or team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualification :
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any business
- At least 1 year experience in same field
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines is critical.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing workflows and responsibilities are important.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
