The Food Safety Officer is responsible for implementation of food safety programs, Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP, to produce safe products at all times in a clean, well-maintained, and pest-free facility.

  • Good knowledge of hygiene procedures and working knowledge in GMP and HACCP in food manufacturing industry.
  • With knowledge in ISO standards.
  • With knowledge in MS Office.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

· Minimum: Graduate of BS Biology, BS Microbiology, BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry and/or BS Chemical Engineering.

· Preferred: Professional license but not required.

EXPERIENCE

· Preferred: 2 - 3 years work experience as QA/Laboratory Staff/head acquired from manufacturing industry.

· Minimum experience: 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry-related operations.
