We are looking for a passionate Safety Officer to join our growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead safety training sessions for employees
  • Monitor and evaluate workplace practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to resolve any safety concerns promptly.
  • Ensure that safety equipment and procedures are up to date and fully operational.

What are we looking for?

  • Completion of Safety Officer 2 training (required).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of safety programs, practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to lead and conduct safety training sessions for employees.
  • Basic understanding of Food Safety regulations and ISO standards.
  • Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate safety protocols across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to identify potential hazards and address safety concerns before they become issues.
