Job Summary:

The OCM Manager plays a key role in the Global Risk and Control (GRC OCM) team, overseeing operational control and risk management activities within the organization. The role ensures effective implementation of risk frameworks, quality assurance, and compliance processes in alignment with organizational objectives. This position reports directly to the Head of OCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the designated Risk Manager for the Manila C2S Center of Excellence.
  • Translate strategic directives into actionable regional plans and ensure execution across the team.
  • Lead and mentor the Manila OCM team, ensuring effective risk oversight and goal alignment.
  • Identify, monitor, and report operational risks, escalating critical issues to the Head of OCM.
  • Oversee the implementation of risk management policies, including Risk Assessments, KRIs, BCM, and Legal Entity Risk Frameworks.
  • Manage and maintain Risk Management Portals, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct and oversee control effectiveness testing and quality assurance reviews.
  • Prepare and present OCM reports and risk insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive risk awareness initiatives and contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures.
  • Lead training programs and support professional development within the OCM team.
  • Manage OCM-related projects and support group-wide risk initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in risk management, audit, or quality assurance within the financial or fiduciary services industry.
  • Professional certifications (FRM, PRM, CPRM) preferred.
  • Proven experience managing risk and control frameworks in a global organization.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and risk management software.
  • High attention to detail, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
