Marketing Project Manager - Real Estate/Construction/Property Management

Onsite/Night Shift

Role Mission:

Move marketing projects forward across multiple business lines (Construction, Property Management, Investor Relations).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage planning, design, approval, and production for marketing projects.
  • Build timelines and content calendars.
  • Enhance marketing strategy and map tasks.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Monitor budgets and outcomes.

Results Expected:

  • Generate 40,000 investor leads annually.
  • Secure $100M in external clients for Spartan Construction and Spartan Capital Advisory.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years marketing experience.
  • 2+ years project management experience.
  • 3+ years supervising marketing team members.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, , Basecamp).
  • Knowledge of InDesign, social media tools, Salesforce/Pardot.
  • Experience with AI or automation.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Content production experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php140,000.00 per month
