Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor site labor, subcontractors, and day-to-day site operations
  • Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications to guide execution
  • Ensure all work is carried out according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and consultants for smooth execution
  • Manage site measurements, quantity take-offs, and reporting for billing and procurement
  • Prepare site progress reports, daily logs, and documentation
  • Assist in planning material deliveries, storage, and equipment needs
  • Identify and resolve technical and construction issues on-site
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks at various stages of the project
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in site supervision or construction engineering (preferably in a design-build environment)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, architectural and structural plans
  • Hands-on experience with tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Owned Motorcycle
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work on multiple site locations
