Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee structural works during all project phases, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and QA/QC teams.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and ensure all structural activities meet approved plans and timelines.
  • Prepare and submit site progress reports, technical evaluations, and incident logs.
  • Support value engineering, materials testing, and project handover documentation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in structural supervision for vertical or mixed-use developments.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD, or equivalent structural design software.
  • Strong technical, leadership, and coordination capabilities.
  • Must be willing to be assigned across Metro Manila and Laguna project sites.
