What Are Our Wishes

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in Azure Engineering, ideally within the financial sector and international environments
• Proven experience in cloud architecture and designing scalable Azure environments
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and version-controlled configuration management
• Demonstrated ability to lead the transition from manual infrastructure setup to IaC-based automation
• Solid knowledge of Azure Landing Zones design, implementation, and governance practices
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity concepts (Entra ID, OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML)
• Experience with FinOps and optimizing cloud costs
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and operational best practices
• Experience managing Windows Server OS and containerized workloads (e.g., Docker)
• Strong organizational, project leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Terraform Associate) are a plus

Preferred

• Exposure to AWS environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Lead Cloud Architecture & Deployment*

• Architect and manage scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Design and implement Azure Landing Zones and governance controls
• Drive the standardization of cloud environments using reusable IaC modules and blueprints
• Lead the modernization of existing manual infrastructure toward IaC adoption

CI/CD & Automation

• Take ownership of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, reliable, and repeatable deployments
• Build and maintain infrastructure automation using tools such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Terraform
• Identify and automate manual operational tasks to reduce human error and increase consistency

Operations & Optimization

• Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies and regulatory requirements through Azure native tools
• Provide L2/L3 support for complex infrastructure incidents

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, security, application) to ensure integrated cloud solutions
• Support and participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices for Azure platform use
