The opportunity

We are looking for deeply creative and technically proficient Designer to join our creative team, based in the Philippines. This role is centered on expert execution, meticulous design delivery, and efficient templatisation across both digital and print media.

You will be responsible for crafting and delivering high-volume, high-quality creative assets, ensuring all outputs are flawlessly executed and tailored specifically for our Australian market audience.

What you'll be doing

• Creative problem solver: Deliver cohesive designs which grab customer attention and garner a click, through the use of copy hierarchy, colour theory and strong branding
  
• Asset Production & Quality Assurance: Consistently roll out a high volume of assets to an impeccable standard of quality, ensuring brand consistency and pixel-perfect execution across all digital and print materials.
  
• Social Spec Mastery: Possess high proficiency in understanding and strictly adhering to all relevant social media specification requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, file size limits, safe zones) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  
• Proactive Elevation: Demonstrate a proactive approach by suggesting copy tweaks and design enhancements to elevate the quality and impact of the work being executed, ensuring best-in-class results.
  
• Templatisation Expert: Working in Figma, specifically developing, maintaining and scaling design systems and highly efficient, production-ready templatisation for rapid, accurate asset creation across all channels.
  

The ideal toolbox

• Mid-Snr Level Expertise: Proven experience ( 5+ years) as a high-volume Designer, specialising in production and consistent quality execution across eCommerce/digital brands
  
• Global Brand Exposure: Demonstrated experience working on or adapting designs for global brands, with a clear understanding of the nuances required when designing for a foreign company like Australian consumer markets.
  
• Pressure & Deadlines: Proven ability to consistently produce quality work under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  
  • AI Prompting: Practical experience using AI prompting tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney, DALL-E) for design ideation and asset creation.
    
  • Expert Software Proficiency: Absolute mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects) and expert proficiency in Figma for design system management and templatisation.
    
  • Basic Web Literacy: A working knowledge of basic HTML and coding to understand the technical constraints and opportunities of digital design implementation.
    
  • Video Editing Skills: Using CapCut or Adobe After Effects/Premiere for fast, high-quality video editing and optimization for digital platforms.
    

Role location

Fully remote. Our Philippines team are highly autonomous and empowered to do their best work remotely - so you will be working from your home office. You should have a good home office set-up and a reliable internet connection.
