About the Role

Provides leadership and direction to the Architectural Design Team. Manages the review and evaluation of overall design plans and installation progress on-site in line with approved design, site implementation plan and budget, to mitigate any abortive costs and delays in projects due to unplanned changes or incorrect design assumptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, preferably licensed
  • 12 years of relevant working experience and 8 years in a design management & supervisory role in mixed-use developments.
  • Knowledge in Government submission processes related to building & construction, knowledge on Philippine building codes and other related standards, knowledge in the general make up of high rise mixed used developments, familiarity with construction sequencing, scope of works & interfaces (between different disciplines/trades) and the ability to lead as the overall design-in-charge of the Project.
