You will provide clear creative leadership to ensure alignment across all design work.   Your key tasks will include:

  • Driving creative strategy and execution across all design outputs.
  • Cultivating a collaborative, high-performing design team through mentoring and structured feedback.
  • Introducing efficient design workflows and tools to remove bottlenecks and improve output velocity.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and other departments to co-develop campaign visuals.
  • Piloting new tools or design techniques and applying learnings to future work.
  What You'll Bring  
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio across digital, print, and brand projects.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a design team.
  • High attention to detail, a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  Bonus Points For

  • Evidence of measurable impact on performance metrics and KPI-driven outcomes.
