Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Officer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Present financial findings to senior management for strategic planning.

Budget Management:

  • Develop, monitor, and manage company budgets.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget adherence.
  • Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and assist with regulatory reporting.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leverage financial systems and tools to optimize reporting and analysis.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
