Summary of the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Accounting Officer to oversee financial operations and treasury functions of our various business ventures. This role ensures accuracy in accounting, effective cash management, investment monitoring, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and has strong knowledge of accounting standards, banking operations, and investment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry with high attention to detail
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely processing of transactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to optimize liquidity
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
  • Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, investments, and fund allocation
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support investment and business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance roles
  • Proven knowledge of investments, banking, and cash management practices
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting/financial software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information
