Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond with empathy and brand-aligned tone to foster community and client connection.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay updated on industry and social media trends to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Brand Alignment: Maintain brand voice and messaging across all content while identifying opportunities for content growth and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any related field (required)
  • 1-2 years of solid experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for service-based industries
  • Proficient in post-scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later)
  • Keen attention to detail and strong client empathy when crafting messages
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies
  • Based in Metro Manila (willing to work on-site or hybrid as needed)
